Description
Headcloth made of white cotton batiste, embroidered with black silk thread. The surface is completely filled. In the corner are four large buds with twigs in the central fields, a heart in the middle, two round flowers with dotted centers and two groups of three pomegranates. Strážov-type bobbin lace. Techniques: satin stitch, flat stitch, stem stitch, buttonhole stitch, embroidered mesh fillings. Measurements: 105 x 115 cm linen, 10 cm lace. A later work, possibly from the art workshop active after the First World War at the Czech Union of Women and Girls in Pilsen.
