Description
Headcloth from the Pilsen region, made of fine white cotton linen and richly embroidered with white cotton thread. The unembroidered edges are not hemmed. The ends of the scallops are worked with buttonhole rings. Techniques: eyelet embroidery along the edges finished with buttonhole stitch; floral motifs in full embroidery; stem stitch on twigs; drawn and pulled mesh fillings; spider-web fillings.
